Team 3082, Chicken Bot Pie, is going to the 2026 FIRST Robotics World Championship in Houston, TX. At the Lake Superior Regional, despite having mechanical issues with our robot, we were semifinalists and won the Judges Award, an award celebrating our outreach and community initiatives, and a few weeks later at the 10,000 Lakes Regional, we came back with an even stronger robot, won Regional Finalists and the Autonomous Award, a mechanical award celebrating our custom pathplanning systems created in the last two years, all built up to us qualifying to Worlds at 10k! This is an amazing achievement for our team, as we overcame many obstacles and bumps in the road, from our intake redesigns to our new and improved website, and now our team gets the chance to compete with 600 teams from 28 countries in the biggest robotics event of the world!
